★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad Service. I gave them my laptop for servicing. It had a blank display problem. They sent it to their service center for a few days. Then they told me that there is a motherboard issue and it will cost about 9000 Rupees to replace the whole board. I can't afford it so I told them to give it back. They asked a few hours of time to bring from their workshop. I sent my friend to pick it up as I was not in the city. My friend asked them for the service bill and by surprise, the owner refused to give bill of Rupees 250. He denied and I told him on the phone to give bill as it is his duty and my right. Then he gave bill to my friend not for services but of buying a USB drive!!!!!!!! As I was not there, I came to know about it later. But, I then avoided to go there for the relevant bill. Then I gave the laptop to an authentic service center. They checked it and repaired it in just 2000 Rupees!! Then how the Balaji Enterprise asked for 9000? Don't they have qualified professionals? Or they just want to earn money whether there is a problem or not? Also, the service center from where I took the service, told me that the display has been changed!!!!!!!!!! WHAT?????????????? They didn't do it as I have signed on every important part like display, hard drive, ram, etc. while giving them for service. I then went to the Balaji Enterprise and made them aware about the matter and asked them to crosscheck their workshop professional's services. But as expected, the owner got angry and refused all the questions and started telling the history of the shop. As I had no any proof with me for their pathetic and false service, I couldn't do anything. So, I told him whatever I want to and then left the shop.
If you want to repair your laptop or computer or any other item, then don't visit Balaji Enterprise, otherwise be ready to pay more than the actual cost.
PS: This is my personal experience, so I shared it here. May they have given good services to some customers. But as this was happened to me and they did not co-operate, I am giving the review here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provider. Please don't give your laptop, monitor, etc. for repair. They charged even for checking the device. Be aware before you take service from them.

Giving my HP laptop for repair. They charged me more so I can pickup from their and give another repair shop they told me that your display has been changed its not original.
They change my original display. Balaji computer.
So don't go their if you don't loose your hard earned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, Fraud, cheater, making customer fool. I am an IT admin in a MNC company. I had given him one of my company's high end workstation' s SMPS for repairing having Power on issue. I asked Tushar Khatri (Centre Owner) twice a times to let me know the estimate before performing any repair. After 3 days, when I called him, then he told me that he has made some changes in circuit & the charges are Rs. 1550, without taking any confirmation from me & ensured that it will work now. When I checked the status of the SMPS, the poweron issue still persist.
Being an IT person I would suggest everybody not to buy any computer parts or Never ever take your Computer, Laptop for repairing to this vendor.
