Management has no sense how to talk, recommend not to visit the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not deserve a single star . I had gone there looking for air conditioners . After I purchase I asked them for extended warranty and they asked me to deposit in cash which I did and the bajaj finance executive appointed by them I will get the extended warranty on mail or intimation on my mobile number. Due to busy life I forgot about it and when one day I enquirer about it they said I must have got in my mail I said no ... even after insisting again and again I dialled the bajaja finance customer care and they said I had not been booked gor any such insurance of extended warranty. The owner keep assuring me that he will get it done but a month has passed and after multiple visits there was no solution. So I had to ditch the idea and thought of never purchasing any product from that shop. Beware of frauds at that shop you will loose your hard earned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Balaji Digtal World is worst and worst they aee not sure about there service they dont communicate in proper manner they dont care about customer concern and query. Today I called them several time to confirm the product when will i get they said that we'll get by today EOD and now they are saying we dont have product so we will provide you tomorrow. what is this I was asking them several time what is the status whole day or now they dont have seriousy pathetic service and at last they are saying if you dont want then take your money back and go to buy from other shop. seriously very worst

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believed Balaji electronics one of the best shop unfortunately they are giving one of the worst service to customer nowdays . They are damaging their reputation by themselves KINDLY IMPROVE YOUR SERVICR DON'T FOOL CUSTOMERS we trusted your name which I believe was a big mistake.
