★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like most of authorised service centre do, they are not exception to it. When something need repair, they dont repair and ask for replacement, mentioning that is what company policy is. Given our Nano here for AC problem. Initially said replacement of pipe estimate of ~4k will solve problem, procurement of right pipe itself took a week for them. And later came with the ask that complete compressor, condenser is damaged and need replacement, given estimate of 32k for 8 year old Tata Nano. If I go and sell this car in market at present, I am not sure will I get atleaset a lac or so or not and these people advised 32k just for AC problem, Isnt that crazy..! Tata Cars and their Service Center still sucks..!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I give my car for service it's something or the other...
This time I gave my car for service and post that
1) my odo meter still shows me my servicing is due.
2) my wipers were not working properly had to first time push with hands and than its fine now
3) sometimes engine knocks in first gear while picking up(automatic diesel car)
4) average is reduced from 22 to 18

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited this service center after my friend recommended. I had a very good experience with their service. I had few issues regarding the bill but their CRM team worked in a day and adjusted my amount. I thank their Manager who helped me despite he was on leave. Also Vaishali for follow up and resolving my issue in a day. Thanks a lot. Best Service Center of TATA in Pune.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am highly impressed with the car servicing here and also the staff is very polite and helpful. The only issue am facing is car cleaning since last 2 servicing. Even my AC vents are also not getting properly cleaned. They really need to improve on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know how genuine google rating of this service center. My experience is very bad. Because of their negligence, I had spent 6-7k to repair my car at a local garage and additionally headache on the highway. They forgot to refill /top up coolant of my CAR at the time of my car servicing. The service center advisor behaves like he knows everything and give you false promises. The worst was TATA Motor connect App did not allow to register my complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the worst service station to choose from… TATA GROUP loose is reputed name with such service dealers… these people just want to squeeze a client with maximum amount of money they can… My suggestions would be whatever these people say you have to change just check outside mechanics advice if its really needed… looking at my experience i think they want to earn 2 years of covid losses in just a months inflow of clients…
I am never ever stepping foot in this service station. Pathetic people and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really liked the attitude and professionalism of the service advisors at this service station. This was my car's 2nd free servicing and I was having few other issues with car door and minor rattling sounds here and there. Service advisors were very patient and polite and did a great job with the servicing. Very happy with the work done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good polite and trained staff and they help get your issues fixed. Even for any part replacement they ensured your old part is returned to you. Take prior appointment as it gets crowded at times. Have done 3 servicing from them for my Nexon. Happy with the experience till now
