★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was like a chakravyug after loosing the spectacle @ Vrindavan Ranganat Temple and came back to Hotel at Mathura.
Bhagavan showed me a way to Darshan Balaji Opticals. Some how managed to reach there after 2-3 bargaining sessions with Auto wala, finally got a share auto with cut journey.
I was bit sceptical as I have to bargain with the auto wala and imaging how much I should bargain with the Opticals that too on a Sunday evening.
Got down @ Krishna Nagar and followed google maps, it was taking me in a residential area and the chakravuyg continued at last reached the destination.
Opened the Opticals door, nobody there. Again my eyes started rolling, after few minutes One lady came followed by a men.
They offered cool water that is the First thing, not even asking any questions about specs. Started computerised eye test, pulled out the receipts with power.
They pulled out some boxes with lot of frames. We selected it and requested for express delivery without even asking the price.
They said it can de done in 4-5 hrs. The climax comes here, my bargain module started at my mind, and getting ready......
They said it’s RS 1100, I asked what? For one lens? They said no...RS 600 for frame and RS500 for lens.
I was dumb, I couldn’t believe it will be 6 times than this compared to metro cities for the same specs.
Finally ordered and asked for a door delivery. They stick on to their commitment and delivered it to me with in 5 hrs.
Thanks to Balaji Opticals....If any one loose their specs @ Vrindavan Ranganath temple, no need to worry much. Go to Balaji Opticals.
