★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a combined pg for boys and girls though building for both are separate. In twin sharing charges are Rs. 9000 with AC it will be rs.9500 nd you have to pay the electricity bill too. You can also have the room in triple sharing. Food will be provided here. Parking facility is here. Ola, Uber, Rapido, swiggy, Uber eats and zomato services are available here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Pg. The management is horrible. Electricity bill is a scam. They wont provide you the amenities what they promise. They will also create hassles in returning your security money. You will be really lucky if you get it back. The owner is very rude. Doesn't even deserve 1 rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a good place where the boys and girls live side by side. Boys and girls do not live in same room. There is one side dedicated to boys and other to girls. Mess is same for both. A very big parking so that won't be a problem for you. However, it is quite expensive and far from room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst accomodation I have ever lived in. The manager is not at all adjustable and very rude. I have never met a more rude person in my life. I lived in the pg for two months. They just know how to make money out of everything. Electricity bills are simple scam. Leave rent aside, they even deducted the security deposit for unjustifiable reasons. Never stay at this pg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please DON"T deposit the Security money, There are more option (PG) available nearby . AVOID IT, Even though the room are good with satisfactory food quality(some time horrible),
I have deposit 4K security money. and agreed to return 2.5K only (fine for a dirty bed sheet, lost pillow cover and a remote for TV which they never gave me) . I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE SECURITY MONEY .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a really good place to live in. Good professionalism by staff. The manager and the staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean with new furniture. They respond to issues at earliest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable PG and rented rooms in Sector 48 along with breakfast and dinner. Lunch is available on extra payment. Comfortable living with all services like cleaning, laundering, etc. Owner and the staff are cordial. Basic necessity shop is within the compound, 24*7 open.
Gym facilities, court for playing badminton and adequate parking space. Convenient living here.
