Balaji Symphony - Navi Mumbai

Being a proud resident of Igil (I wing) , BS location is so attractive with one side facing the mumbai pune express way and the other side with natural mountain beauty, easy acces to nearby attractions. Moreover our society is so active in all the celebrations and welfare activities..amenities are too late to be handed over by the bs team.

Flats are good , view is nice from Top floor building , but the location is not very convenient for daily commuters to Town side .

We are the residents of Balaji Symphony. We have two flat's here. My parents stay at 17th floor and I am on 30th floor. Best project by Vishesh group. "Balaji Symphony" ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Please don't give any Booking (Token Money). They generally not refund the token money. They don't respond email or phone-calls. Unprofessional Builder. Comes under New Panvel Village Jurisdiction. Still after more than 4 months, chasing behind these fraudsters. So called Marketing Head Malti Sejwal is a lier and fraudster in collaboration with Builder.

Interiors of the building could have been better like bushes or flower plants adjoining the wall etc. Many buildings get an edge over this. Although the overall layout of the flats and all is good.

Very unprofessional staff, doesn’t respond properly.. just behind the money. Always lied. Not trustworthy. I want my hard earned money (Rs.38,141.00) back which is deducted unprofessionally without informing in the initial stages. This is totally fraud. These people knows very well that how to play with peoples emotions and hard earned money. 1. In 2016 for Balaji Symphony Panvel project, The flat shown to me K-304 and I paid Rs.1,00,000/- as a booking amount but when I went to HDFC bank for a loan they said it is already financed to other customer. I was shocked and went back to Ms. Malti for taking the booking cheque back, instead of accepting a mistake she said this is done by her marketing team and she is not responsible and not her fault. Started giving excuses. Then after brainstorming discussion with Ms. Malti, she proposed another flat K-204. We went ahead with K-204 flat and confirmed that any time I can get money refund without any deduction. 2. In case of possession, she verbally confirmed to get it by mid of 2017. I paid total Rs. 3,05,141.00/- After so much follow up when I got the agreement copy, possession date they mentioned was March 2018 with possibility of 6 months extension. I asked the clarification no one was ready to respond to mails or to my phone calls and They started sending fund demand letter. 3. When initially I went for a booking, Ms. Malti confirmed that there will not be any kind of booking cancellation charges, we can get full paid amount return. But because of all this mental suffering in the initial stages and after so much of scene / headache happened in the beginning only and by thinking that what will happen afterwards, when Finally I come to conclusion for cancellation because of all this misleading information, possession delay and delayed responses. When I informed them about booking cancellation, on very same day they paid the stamp duty purposely so that they can make up my mind and avoid booking cancellation. They deducted Rs. 25,000/- as a booking cancellation charges with Tax Rs. 13,141/- which was not at all informed me during booking or initial visit. Otherwise I wouldn’t have made the booking. When I asked clarification and requested her not to deduct any money to Ms. Malti, she said this is normal rule. I want to ask them why these people lie in the beginning??? Why can’t they give correct and true information in the beginning??? As a customer we trust this people, Is it our fault?? How this people can lie openly and play with innocent customers hard earned money. I need my money (Rs.38,141.00) back.

I have purchased 1 Bhk flat in Balaji Symphony in 2016. I received my flat Possession received with OC in 2018 but now it is 4th year running and yet builder is ignoring his commitment towards club house other recreational facilities. Even though full amount of Rs. 3 lakhs + GST already paid towards club house while flat purchase in 2016. But yet neither any development on club house possession nor replying to my mails or calls for any updates. really pathetic....I am regretting to my decision for buying flat at Balaji.

Well, I live here, so here is a tip. Even though the price seems affordable , keep this in mind before buying you have to pay x amount of money for club house membership and it's not yet given to society. Another thing is maintenance is really expensive for me it's around 3300 for one bhk and it varies from wing to wing and depends on flat. It's crowded here but the upside festival is celebrated nicely ?
