★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud Travels.I booked a Mysore tour for two on 26th jan.I got a message in 25th evening that tour got cancelled as Bus got broke down.I wonder why cant they arrange an alternate bus as they had ample time.Till now they didnt refund my money back even after calling many times.Dont ever book a tour package with this pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ recently i went with this, they booked thru SUGUMA BUS as usual till Tirupathi they will pick passenger on the road - as per web they will leave 10 o clock but it is 11 o clock from Anand Rao circle and also while comemming back same problem no timings - night 11o clock reached blore - New Volvo Bus but No multi Axel - no time discipline - but at Tirupathi APTDC representative Mr.Srinvasul was very good guide

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Sugama Bus was very conjusted. Our guide Mr. Amarnath Reddy was very rude. He talked very rudely with senior citizens and didnt guide properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the worst in the business. They have looted in every possible place after reaching to thirumala. The service is extremely poor and all the people including driver to the organiser are rude and insensitive people.
Would not advice to take their package infact Manish travel is good as I booked it last year but wanted to see other travel agency this time.
Worst service with no affection towards pilgrims

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I booked tickets for Mysore site seeing. They don't have any bus facility. Simply they will book cheaper cost busses and even they didn't inform to us that they booked for particular travels. We can only book the other travels instead paying extra to this travel agency. Please try not to book from this agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with one day Cab trip to Tirumala,Please be aware that the owner is so knowledgeable that he can’t read phone messages,the driver drives half asleep and it will be a roller coaster ride.
1.Hotel check-in will be within an hour post reaching hotel
2.Driver will ask you to fill fuel and ask the fuel outlet guy to bill for Rs.2300 (Even though he fills for Rs.1300)-Beware
3.Wear seatbelt’s even in Rear seat since the Driver either don’t know the route/drives rash.
4.Please go with Shreesai Holidays ,they are more planned and executes well.

they don't operate any bus, plotted my booking with a cheap bus agency - vibhav bus service which is not a volvo multiaxle. my seat was broken, couldn't recline and had to seat all night. when I complained enroute, they say you can step out and take the refund. highly rude and unprofessional service. on the top of it, Balaji tour guys didn't pick up the call. no water bottle, snacks anything on the bus.
Please book kstdc, had an amazing experience with them last time (couldn't book this time as slots were not available).
