Literally i enjoyed my trip it was very nice experience i had enjoyed my beautiful movements with a good arrangements

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor services. Does not take complaints seriously. Untrained staff in hospitality industry. Charges are very very high, but very very poor in providing agreed services. Just had a trip to North East with 28 persons. Booked hotels of lower grade than agreed. Also they booked two different hotels at a same place for 3 days without informing us. We had to face much difficulties for shifting. Charges for kids and adults are same. Nathula permit was never applied, but did not return the extra charges which they charged in name of Nathula pass. Charged Rs.2000/- per day for fooding of kids. Two short rooms provided, we had to adjust in lesses rooms etc.etc.etc.....fed up of this company. Plz never book through this company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service, haven't seen any traveller providing such kind of pathetic service. We booked our package for sikkim n darjeeling, hotels booked by them are of inferior quality. Not sure if they even know meaning of quality. Food is so bad even animals won't consume tht. Just want thm to explain for what they have charged us so much. Seems all five star ratings have been written by either their own employees n friends. Their clients can't rate them five.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Balaji events provide very pathetic service.first dey will promise u everything before taking money but on d event day dey will provide something else.dey do not know how to talk to clients.der attitude changes once u pay them money.the owner is very ill mannered, arrogant and rude.she is a blabbermouth . fought with us many a times whereas she was late for 3 hours , did not provide many things as promised.pathetic lady owner .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was good trip to Kerala. I booked it through Balaji Travco after doing my little research. There cost was on little higher side but Itinerary was properly followed as mentioned. Driver was very good and there was no communication problem. Hotels n staff were good.. I enjoy my tour without any hassle. I would like to Thanks the team of Balaji and I will definitely travel through you guys very soon.

I really enjoyed my trip n I recommend to book your tour with this company if you want a comfortable stay.
