Balaji Travels - Varanasi

We (family of 5) had booked 4-day cab tour + 4 nights Hotel package at Hotel Dolphin International in Varanasi recently and got a mixed experience. Our cab service included Airport Pickup/Drop, Varanasi local temple visits, sight seeing and Prayagraj 1-day tour. Cab service 1) Airport Pickup: They had sent another vehicle even though Innova was booked and agreed. Driver Golu was very good 2) Varanasi local temple visits through Innova: Driver Somu Pandey was most of the times silent and good but guide Mr. Dixit (whom Balaji Travels had included themselves) was very good and helpful. The Motor Boat planned for evening Ganga Aarti did not work but they did not charge for this part 3) Prayagraj tour through Innova: Driver Satish was very bad, not interested in his job and we missed many places because of him not informing about closing times. He took to worst hotel (Prayagraj Dhaba) for lunch in Prayagraj. Better cancel your program if you get this driver assigned. 4) Airport Drop: Was uneventful and on time Hotel Dolphin International was okayish, they don't have 24X7 hot water and geyser is switched on on request. Heater is provided on request, location is close to Harishchandra Ghat. Hotel staff Mrs. Lakshmi acted oversmart, demanded for money (when she is not involved in any previous discussion) and misbehaved with my family. She asks for proof for staying in hotel on seeing any negative reviews on the Internet. If you stay in the hotel, don't talk to her. Staff: "Yasmin" was very helpful and patient, helped in booking VIP darshan, Guide: "Mr. Dixit", Drivers: "Golu Pandey" were very good and recommended. Overall, a mixed experience...

I booked 6 days Kashi package for my parents and they were very happy with services they provided. All the rooms were good and food as well. Driver(Saurabh) was friendly and covered all the places as per the plan. Thanks to Balaji travels and Travel coordinators Yasmin.

Excellent service. The stay, food,and transport services...all wonderful. Very friendly staff.We felt at the end of 15 days travelling, no tiredness, energy left with everyone to extend our program. Pros : Booked the trip for my parents with them. It was a 5D/4N trip with Ayodhya-Prayagraj-Varanasi. My parents were fully satisfied with their service and courtesy. The driver (Saurav) provided was really good. He helped and guided them a lot. My mother has arthritis for that I have asked them to make sure the hotel provide kettle and geyser working properly. They also provide guide for ayodhya and varanasi exploration. Overall very nice trip and they enjoyed the trip. Thanks a lot Balaji travels. Cons : The guide provided for varanasi (Gopal) was not good, he was not doing his job and simply told them to go inside the places instead of going along with them to explain things also he has settings and ask my parents to buy things from those places which were not good.

Sub : KASHI TOUR OF 8 DAYS/7 NIGHTS In the month of March 2022 between March 21 to March 30th 2022 , we had availed the services of M/s BALAJI TRAVELS [BT] , Varanasi to visit Varanasi, Sarnath, BODH Gaya, Prayagraj, Chitrakoot, Ayodhya, Namisharanya and Vishakapatnam. Our review is purely on the services extended by the said travels and not about the places visited. Our association with M/s BT dates back to February 2020 prior to PANDEMIC where in we had planned and almost confirmed our PACKAGE TOUR for the same dates except year was 2020 instead of 2022. Unfortunately due to COVID 2019 Pandemic we were forced to defer our plans in line with governmental instructions. M/s BT were kind enough to hold our 100% advance payment since we did not request for any refund/cancellation. We revived our interaction only during November 2021 and BT confirmed the credit balance and came forward to help us to plan the program afresh. Started interaction with BT , we decided to proceed with our plans / travel after completion of the UP Assembly Elections. Accordingly, my self and my Wife [ only Two of us ] landed at Varanasi on a Hot DAY of 21.3.2022 around 14.00 hrs , and immediately were escorted to the Hotel DOLPHIN International. We were excited to receive such a good Welcome on arrival by the Hotel Staff and the hospitality extended throughout our stay. They made our stay homely since the staff were conversant with our Mother Tongue. BT ensured to provide a local guide where ever we went. As we both were Senior Citizens BT ensured our journey should be a comfortable one on the days to follow and provided with New AC Desire Car [ a dual version CNG/Petrol]. Driver was aware of the whole program and ensured that we see the places as per the Itenerary. Driver was well mannered ensured our safety first. Even the Hotels where we stayed were comfortable [ 3 Star + ]. Food served were to our liking and taste. The good part was that the BT's TRAVEL EXECUTIVE who had coordinated with us since year 2020, was in constant touch with us daily during the period of our tour to ensure our safe journey. She also used to intervene with concerned Hotel Staff for our comfortable stay. We appreciate the patience with which the executive answered to our queries from time to time. She is well aware of the places. Satisfied with our pre interactions, we requested the executive to include and plan for Vizag package also. Will recommend and tell about the services of M/s Balaji Travels, Varanasi to all our relatives and friends . We totally enjoyed our Tour and look forward for more oppertunity to avail their [BT] services in the future. Probably a TOUR of DWARAKA !! Be in touch with us.?!
