We just love Balan's South Indian vegetarian fare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very tasty home made type of food. You can eat this food daily and it will never upset your stomach. No too much of masalas not oily..its just perfect and very very tasty and healthy too..I strongly recommend Balan caterers for amazing South Indian food..Keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The South Indian snacks & lunch ordered from Balan Caterers during Ganesh Utsav at home this year 2021 was awesome. All our family & friends were very happy & appreciated the typical taste of South Indian food.
Have been ordering food for all functions & festivals from Balan Caterers for last 20 years and the quality & quantity of food has been maintained throughout & its value for money too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first experience with balan was very good. After the passing of Balan Seth, his brother in law Mr. Ganesan runs the business. Had a terrible and embarrassing experience with our orders with him. Food quality was exceptional, however it was delivered late and service was poor. Moreover, Mr. Ganesan's attitude was unhelpful and unacceptable to say the least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very bitter experience with Balan caterers. We had ordered mixture, and jangiri for Diwali. Unfortunately the product did not arrive on time. The packaging was of a poor quality. The mixture was somewhat stale and I suffered from vomiting. Instead of jangiris we received a wrong product: laddus. We had already paid the money. When we followed up with the caterers about the delay of shipment, he told us rather rudely that it was the courier's responsibility. There was no way to return stuff that was poorly packed. The Diwali snacks were of a Fail Grade. Avoid Balan Caterers if you can!
