★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely pathetic staff...had to visit here as it's the only civic hospital in western suburbs doing the Covid19 test...was told that we would get the result in 5 days...after days and many failed attempts to reach them we were told it will take 8days....again on calling them on the 8th day .staff picks up the phone asks Ur details and hangs up...this went on the whole day.......need the test results for my aunt who has to be admitted for a blood transfusion.. but the hospital had told us to get the Covid19 test done first....due to the pathetic service provided here my aunt cannot get the transfusion.... ironically this hospital is named after Balasaheb....they are just spoiling Balasaheb name....

Located exactly on Western express highway on the junction of JVLR & WEH.
They should really improve on facilities given to all poor n needy people who go at such hospitals just because they can't afford the private hospitals huge bills..
