β β β β β Very poor customer service, because old senior gentleman I hope he was one of owners over charged me in dollars on my credit card without showing me balance asked me enter my pin code. I was in rush so I didn't pay attention but realized when I reached home. Sardar ji keep in mind doing that kind of action is crime you're not suppose to do that. I will recommend everyone to check the amount of your ballace in Rupees before you enter your account pin code.

β β β β β It doesn't provide quality service. They take the money advance and provide C class dress. The dress will be untidy, torn, etc when u ll go to pick it up. I would suggest ' NOT TO BUY FROM HERE ' . Even the staff is not good

I went this place in peak season i.e wedding season
and i didn't get a single chair to sit and none of the staff was concerned about it and when we were about to leave the store, then owner came and ask about the problem and he himself attended us nicely and showed collection in his store.

He treats u well n hve awesome range nd options for every occasion...best experience "once a suit brought from Balbir got some manufacturing fabric issue, straightforwardly sardarji offered me a replacement" this incident cemented my trust in them.... Value for money good experience at showroom... Large expanded range for every occasion nd pocket .... Hat's off sir g thanks

β β β β β I bought a gown from ....... obviously because it was readymade, I had to get it altered and just wanted to make a few changes in the dress like cut work at the bottom etc. However, when i came back to get it, they literally cut it from the bottom and top, looked like shred pieces!! Worst thing is that they took the money from us and when I told them that obviously I didnβt want these changes, they refused to give the money back. Because i needed an outfit urgently, they asked me that I can just buy something else from the shop but they also didnβt give me any discount on the other outfit! Iβm so disappointed with the service and also itβs disgusting how they didnβt own up to their stupid mistake! And Staff was so rude The party was in 2 days otherwise i wouldnβt have bought something from them again and would never refer them to anyone ever.
