β β β β β I recently found them while searching indian attire for a wedding and I came across their store. I should have paid attention to their negative reviews because the exact same occurred with me. I ordered a custom order piece off of their catalog along with a few other pieces. Beforehand, I had made sure whether or not I would receive my order by October 15th and the supposed "owner" said yes. I placed an order and a few days later he told me that my order will be done on the 15th and then they will ship it out. I figured that I will have it shipped to where the wedding will be as it was out of the U.S. The "owner" did not pick up his phone for a few days straight as I was worrying whether I would receive it or not. First, they told me it will be done by 15th, even though my order was not ready, they told me they couldn't ship it as it was Dusshera. Then, they told me it will ship out next business day. It turns out my piece was not done until 18th and I was supposed to be wearing it on the 20th. There was no way I would have gotten it because of shipping! They played it off as it was okay if I did not get it in time and they kept saying my order will be shipped when it was not even ready! They also tried blaming me that I took a few days to make a payment even though I did the payment the next day of ordering. As my order was in process, I placed another order which was to be picked up by a family member on October 23rd and they had a flight back to where I live. On the 21st, the "owner" sent me the tailor's phone number to explain my requirements even though I had sent all the measurements 10 days prior. They again played it off as its okay that it did not get done in time. Now, I just got done with paying for the shipping which I was not supposed to as my family member was going to transport it over to me. They are extremely unprofessional and they do not know how to complete their orders in a timely manner. They want to attract overseas customers by doing lives but they do not have the kind of staff or work ethic to actually ship products on time. I spoke to the owner multiple times in regards to their faults through my journey with them and they have no remorse and they were unapologetic for their doings. I WOULD REALLY AVOID!!

β β β β β Really disappointed with the product we brought .. We had come from Sangrur and my wife ordered a lehange and a saree from the store last month which was due to be delivered after corrections in the measurements.
When we arrived to collect the clothes on the day committed for delivery , nothing was ready , it was in the same state as we had ordered 10 days prior.
Very unprofessional behaviour , product not provided ready to us even after waiting for several hours , it has multiple malfunctions which we are not able to get corrected after visiting multiple tailors , the occasion for us has been ruined because of this , even after spending extra money and travelling more than 100 km.
Should improve the services and focus on customer satisfaction rather than just minting money because of the reputation.
