★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Mall located in Civil Line Area. Best place for shopping & eating with big showroom and restaurants. It has Passport Seva Kendra, where people from all over the city come to avail this facility. Passport office in this Mall is well maintained and clean. In evening time this is a very lively and crowded place and people from all over the city used to come and visit with their friends and family. It has a market area with shops of various types of products.People used to visit here with their friends specially during weekends. In all it's a good place for shopping and other services available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my opinion lots of things can be improved there. Most of people visite there due to passport office and few banks. Other than that nothing special. Elevator runs in morning time, and after few hours in morning guard switch it off, and you have to use stairs. Parking space is too less than rush in mall. It's very difficult to find appropriate place to park, if passport office is opened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice area and very clean inside. Parking area is small and chargable. It is located near by civil lines metro station. Staff are ok. Some staff need improvement in hospitality and some improvement in queue system. 5 star is giving for a government office which such clean and system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main purpose people visit this mall is for Passport office or Maruti Suzuki service centre. There are some more shops around in the mall but the place is not so happening. Hence public pays a dedicated visit only if they have work.
The parking system here is kind of messy as cars are parked at the main entrance and one behind the other.
The escalator for coming down from 1st floor was out of service but infact, the one for going up was on.(it was also switched off after some time)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is famous for Passport office. Nothing else other than passport office is remarkable here. The place is reasonably clean. There are few shops of stationery goods, photocopy etc. There is also a small cafeteria and a shop selling tid-bids like patties, chips, cold drinks etc. Parking is a problem there. It’s not managed properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) is too crowded. Once you entered in the kendra then it took maximum 35 minutes only because of the super fast speed of workers. One disappointing thing is that there is no seating arrangement outside the kendra.
