They bake their bread and the vegetables were absolutely fresh, sauces were of highest standard and have most talented and humble staff. My congratulations to the owners and entire Balista team. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice small burger place in Ahmedabad. I tried paneer schezwan burger, balista special wrap, paneer sandwich and mojito.
Paneer schezwan burger was amazing, especially I liked it because it is a healthier replacement of a aloo patty.
Balista special wrap was also a good healthy choice for me, as it was full of veggies and hummus. No unhealthy sauces.
Mint mojito was next level good to pair up with these yummzies. ?
