My passport came since 6 days ago and in their tracking website it always shows 'out for delivery' in the morning and in the evening 'item on hold' continuously for 6 days. I went to the office, but nobody makes any effort to check it. I have no idea what should I do. And oh till now I have not received it! Horrible, terrible!

and every time you have to visit the office to pick your package.
and when you try to call them they keep the phones upside down , so the line is always busy. the employees who are just wasting our tax that is used to pay them. shame on you all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This post office is not able to serve the people come here for various services. For every service everyone have to be in queue for almost 2hours. As this post office is situated in main market. Their is no parking facility and that's why their is hustle and bustle every time. This should be shifted to somewhere else in open area. Services are too slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my important parcel is stuck here since 10 Dec 21 and they're not even picking up the calls. It is so bad service. It's almost 10 days when the parcel was couriered from Gurgaon. Is there any email id of this post office?
