Such a bad use of government money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 7th June21,in the afternoon,there was normal rain with thunder only for approximately 45 min to 50min.During rain,loadsheding was occurred as usual ( there was no loadsheding in any circumstances in the other side of Bally area,because, electric supply is being run by CESC).The rain stopped at approximately 5PM,but the loadsheding was carrying on & on.At last,8-30pm the supply had come.One thing,this brutal suffering,not having electric supply, of all customers was conducted.But, this is not yet end,today ie on 8th June21 there were long two times loadsheding, once two hours in the morning & one hour at noon was occurred.Are you maintaining the routine of giving very very poor services to the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These employees do not have any responsibility, they take too much time to solve any error.
They even turn off electricity without any reason, maybe for their profit from the sudden impact of electricity on electronics.
The current would at least be turned off 2-3 times a day for 5mins which is frustrating.
In any storms or rains, they turn off current for 2-3hrs.
They need to improve a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst service provider every hour there is power cut from nischinda belanagar area ....and since no other electric ity provider's here ;they don't even help during power cut issues or technical issues.
Yesterday night during thunder my meter line from pole got blown and now I am calling for a technician their number is not reachable at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know its a waste to give my review online because you guys don't pay attention to any issue. Firstly, the power cut throughout the day was annoying but you guys are trying to make so much of profit by restraining the power supply for long hours now, its annoying. Try not to do that for making profit because people are at home and you wouldn't understand sitting onto your air-conditioned seats or may be I'm guessing you don't have one, whatever might be the issue, stop disturbing your consumers and start paying attention to their needs rather than filling your pockets. Oh yes, get some better technicians in case the faults are of higher level, just to maintain your goodwill which I'm sure you guys don't care.
Thank you and you are worth the lowest ratings so yeah, keep up the good work, i appreciate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Anytime power cut can happen and nobody knows when it’s going to come back. They do not pick up the call in local office too. No matter how scorching hot it is outside and people are falling ill, load-shading is a big time issue in this area. Local electric supply is not bothered to understand that people are doing WFH or patients are there at home. Had there been any option, I would have liked to switch my connection.
