★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They mistyped my name and at the airport i was asked to call them and confirmation to change my name. But as usual they dont pick up any of the calls. So make sure that you travel when they are available?(which is never)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All good ... But I don't understand the unique make of the station... Where platform 1 and 2 are on the same platform. Also it becomes difficult for people with luggage to climb down so many stairs and walk through the underpass to exit the station. It desperately requires an escalator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I along with my family travel to my home town Tura Meghalaya after three years on 21/2/2021 after availing LTC Home town, booked my flight ticket through Balmer Lawrie in Indigo Airlines from Kochi to Guwahati for to and fro journey. I had cancel a ticket out of the four booked. But the amount was so far not refunded /credited into my account, it is more than nine months. I request the Managing Director of Balmer Lawrie to see into my matter and return my amount at the earliest. I will upload the cancel ticket details if you need. Hope to get the amount.
