I have booked a tickets and due some emergency situation I need to change my travel date to next day. I did a call to office to modify my date and in a response they strictly denied my request and I lost my total money.... office team should be co operative to their customers to grow up business.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent bus service till now experienced by me compared to other travels. Neat and clean, comfortable sleeper seats with proper wooden door & window which will not move even 0.000cm without operating.
Excellent driver who make us feel that we are traveling in train without speed breakers.
Most important dropping to the nearest location as described by us and everything in reasonable price near to gov bus price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give them 5 star if they have heart or intellectual understanding to feel their customers. If you want to reschedule or cancel your ticket they find million excuses to take your money but don't co-operate with you. I used to their regular and loyal customer but they are all cold hearted. Who doesn't care about their potential customers.
I would prefer truck or government bus with less comfort rather than get service from cold-hearted, numb and reluctant people.

Never travel by these bus services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm sharing my worst experience here. first of all, they are not following COVID-19 guidelines in this pandemic. They are not using masks of social distancing. in my life first time, I have seen this type of behavior in service industries they don't have manner how to talk with the customer. The main person on the bus doesn't know how to talk with ladies. literally, he is speaking with a rude tone. If this is the last transport service in any bad situation still I'll not choose.
suggest you if you wanna do business please fire this person "Mehta ji"
