★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is one drunk man and instead of apologising for his driver not picking our call in the morning for a safari we had booked us sayings it your duty to wake him up by finding the car and waking him up.
The innova’s also was completely in the last leg of its life.
I recommend finding another agency.

The car reached is pathetic headlight not working, even gears not working .... But unfortunately I have managed as I have no other option left to proceed with the same car at early morning at 6:00 am in winter..
My suggestion please call the car one day before to check it ,,, is it ok as per your requirement... Or the car agency's making fool of you....
