★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They refused to show us bridal lehenga as we were not accompanied by our parents, I am 26 and about to be married, but they treated us as if we were some kids who would not be able to take decisions. After reminding them that I bought sarees from them just last month they reluctantly showed 2-3 outfits.
However when I visited earlier with my mother for saree shopping, the customer service was good and saree collection was also adorable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the Time of purchasing they treat the customer in very good way , but for fitting issues they don't revert properly , even argue for bags of lehngaa and gave the heavy dreses in polythenes..very rude behaviour...Not recommended

Purchased bridal lehenga, the quality is too cheap and they costs you in thousands even the lehenga zip was broken. They provide only two hangings in dupatta and even that was also broken. Sales person agrees in every condition at the time of purchase and then refused at the time of delivery. They didn't asked for any customer satisfaction they just want to out their product whatever it is, even the staff behavior is worst.
