★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this bank to get info on savings account, and the guy I spoke was either not ready give me proper information or had no idea himself how banking works, I asked him about bank charges on the services by bank, and to the full of my surprises he was telling me there would be charges on online shopping because "THAT WILL BE AN IMPS TRANSACTION", and I walked out of the bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provider at Dwarka branch....When I opened the account in gurgaon sec 15 branch I was told that all branches are your home branch. But here in dwarka I visited yesterday to have some information regarding my account ....after waiting for almost an hour the guy sitting at the very enterence said we do not have any information about this. Thanks to the assistant manager the lady who spoke to me after an hour and gave me the gurgaon sector 15 branch. And finally I got to know that bandhan bank is just starting it's banking .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service provider. I have opened my account two to three months back. I have received ATM and all. But ATM is not working , not able to register with internet banking and mobile app. On 14th or 15th June I visited personally to the branch to meet branch manager and told him regarding all. But as of now nothing happened

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have 5 bank account here there has been no issue from anytime now during the lockdown crisis the bank is accepting deposits but saying the id is not working so withdrawal will not be possible today

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, Extremely slow, Parkash who is in sales he is always giving wrong comett, after collecting the cheque for bank opening he is not responding of any calls I call him multiple time but always he ignored , event he doesn't know the proper knowledge of their product and procedures, ver very very very bad experience. The bank manager is very helpful and supportive but due to staff behaviour am giving this kind of rating .
