★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful with the bank ATM if you have other bank cards. My friend's PNB ATM card got blocked due to some technical issue/fault in their ATM machine. Bus Stoppage: Joda Mandir. Accessible via Auto and Bus Number: 27 (Kalyani), 85 (Barrackpore) Side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with this bank for the last one month is just horrible. Some employees of this bank are fully irresponsible. Their words have no value. I open a recurring deposit where I have selected automatic monthly deposit option by deduction from my savings. But somehow the option was not working. I call the employee (who open my account) for consecutive 5 days. He each time replied me that he will fixed the problem and will call me. But still now I got no call from him. Then I go to the bank and deposit the amount by cash. But their also a terrible experience I faced! Probably the amount was not deposited in my recurring account on that day, (because it was clear from mobile banking app). I don't know the reason. Then I call the employee to whom I deposited the amount. But I got a very miss behavior from him. I don't know, why these employee behaves with their customer in such a way. But the other employees of the branch are too good and always helpful and well behaved.
