★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 26/07/2021 - I visited the Mathura branch to open a new account. The representative sitting next to door under the May I help you tag don't even have a sense of how to talk to the customer. He was in a hurry how soon should I leave the branch. He was stuck with "Nahi hota", "Yahan nahi hoga", "bilkul nahi khulega khata" in crux a straight "No" to every question. Such type of people will destroy the repo of bank. I cannot comment about the services given by bank, but my 2 min experience with the representative was very bad. This is not an appropriate behavior to the customer, Bank should look into this.
