★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad customer service.. dont give any priority to the customer I was waiting to update my passbook and they were busy doing their own paperworks... and onces their relatives came to update books they made them sit and updated 3 to 4 pass books and during this also I was waiting for my turn.. but after their relatives left they started doing their paperworks again.. It was a very insulting situation in a bank for me.. If i could i would have given half stars..
