β β β β β I have never seen this type of pathetic service by a private bank like Bandhan Bank. I have opened my account few days back and got the new ATM after few days with a pin but as I tried to make the transaction through it was showing error I complaint to the customer care they launch the complaint and asked me to wait for 48hrs I also complaint to nearest Branch but they also tried from there end talking to the customer care executive but same answer I have to wait for 48 hrs after that 48 hrs I called the customer care as the problem was not resolved they again launch new complaint and again the same they asked for 48 hrs again this happen 5 times still the card is not in use after that I had mail to Mr. Nand Kumar Singh the head of banking operations and customer care and also cc to all concern persons with RBI ombudsman the reply what I got after 2 days is that again I had to wait for 2 days as I will get the new pin β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦.. I mean to say is that the only job remained to me I am so much fed up of this service because of this I had got mentally and economically a very big loss so it is my request to all friends to forward this message as much as possible so that the RBI team should know about it and they should take the strict action against this type of harassment to the customer β¦ I must say they must cancel the license of these types of Bank.
