★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bought my engagement dress from here .Customers first expectation is getting services alongwith such extravagant purchases . When I visited sometime later to get my blouse altered by an inch,they started claiming for 2000/- extra just to open few stitches!!!!! The stitching was also done in such a way that it was getting difficult for any other tailor to take that risk! In short,their service levels are at minus .
They are really not customer friendly,so please be careful before you make those extravagant purchases from there. I suggest there are long many places better at pricing and services,try them out.

The variety they have to offer is nice and huge. When the staffs feel, you actually are not gonna buy, the attitude changes.
Once upon a time, have shopped crazily.. but not anymore now.
The craftsmanship is appreciated but doesn't need to be a bomb!
