★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old world charm ,its a solid structure,good design admittedly not so well maintained but certainly quaint now in this digital age. The post office bank is a busy place. Anything else can be done quickly . The service is really good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent a letter by speed post on 23 july for bandra from Azad nagar post office Andheri west,i was assured it would be deliverd by 24th july evening,today 27th july letter not delivered and post off.bandra does not respond on phone,No wonder courier is better than Indian post offices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible. There is nothing speedy about speed post....just lazy government officials ! ...I have been waiting for 8 days from my parcel from speed post from Pondicherry. Excuses of covid is a standard reply ....these guys just annoy customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Post office number never picked up. Nobody at higher level to keep tap on these issues because Govt servants are not accountable for anything. They have nothing to lose and do not have to prove anything to retain their position. Their best approach " Let thing go in our favorable way all day because customers are have no other option ".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total uncooperative. Don't deliver product in time rather put wrong statement and return tue parcel or product. Also not use to take phone calls. 3rd class service.. Rubbish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst people they will never ever entertain you in case of emergency. No young people working there and they all are aged. No matter how much respect you give them. We know what they want to get our work done. They will keep on telling you come at this and that time and showing as if they have plenty of work. It's better we must give preference to private sectors and it will help in young people to get employment. Worst post service. And every diwali postman comes to the door and ask for diwali money. Why should we give money to them.
During this COVID very few of them wearing mask on their face. Government is telling us to follow rules and government employees are the one break rules. They are not even bothered to wear mask when customer is talking to them.
No matter how much we talk, these employees of government will never improve.
