★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a paid service for bodyshop related work... Arrived on time for the service by driving 100 km from birbhum... But they told their body shop Manager is absent that day, need to come again. Pathetic experience here in burdwan banerjee automobile service section.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banerjee auto doesn't have a showroom in either durgapur or Asansol. They are fooling people as I recently bought TATA Nexon from them and later they revealed that they don't have showroom in Durgapur but only an office. For online deduction of tax receipt they took 3 days after following up for several times. Not sure whom to contact as whoever I call says that as I have not taken delivery from showroom they are not responsible. Please avoid buying from them as its more of a headache. They will only receive the call until you have not paid the money. To get any response from them is a nightmare.

Entire sales team are fraud don't have any commitment level ill behaved.
Lots of customer have been suffered after they exchange their old vehicles.

The service team is good for nothing.
