★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have just completed our Bhutan tour. Our experience to say the least is terrible.From day 1 we have noticed complete lack of any professional expertise or transparency.The designated tour manager was conspicuously absent.Instead an old man without any competence or experience in tour management was thrust upon us to our utter disgust. As a result we had to go through a state of confusion at every step. Entire management of the tour was raw and crude. We travel widely with reputed companies.Never ever we have gone through such sorry state of affairs. I am not entering into specific cases as it would make the report too long. But I would caution tourists to be very watchful before you decide to travel with this company. We were very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have visited Himachal this May-June.Their Service was excellent. Rooms were very neat and clean. Food was homely. Managers behaviour was very polite and he was very jolly. But personally I would like to give special thanks to ''BANERJEE TOUR SPECIAL'' .Total experience was too good and well Hats off ''BANERJEE TOUR SPECIAL''

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have travelled with Banerjee tour special in Rajasthan. They aren't actually travel agent.They provided us with only fooding &lodging.Even the food and hotels are not good always.They are not going to guide u at all. Rather they subcontract the tour to a person with only two people.The bus was not suitable at all.Even that so called manager misguided us throughout the tour. My overall experience is very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please read this review before you book any tour with this agency. They r d worst service provider.
I along with my family (a team of 12)went to sundarban for three days tour on 8th jan 2021.
The following r d hazards we faced:-
1) they were suppose to pick us from canning by 10 am. But they did not reach even after 12pm. On calling them they were abusive and misguided us by saying they will reach by 10min.
They travel with buses without proper documentation . Finally they reached at 1pm.
2)they don't cook sufficient food . They do not provide the exact food as committed bfr u book their tour. Most of us did not get proper quantity of food. We were half fed.
3) distribution of food is unsatisfactory.
4) no covid protocols r maintained. They promised to carry 20persons in a single launch. But we traveled 41 excluding staffs. Less chairs to seat
After all these they did not hav the botheration to speak to us and apologize .
Worst management. Worst hospitality.
We were charged 4300 and tht was all waste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to KASHMIR with Banerjee tour special on 20th March and returned on 2nd april.We were very highly satisfied and enjoyed of securely.They were provided best qualities food and Hotel of us.Their all person's behaviour was mind blowing.So next year we want to go any best place again with BANERJEE OUR SPECIAL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to Guwahati, Shillong and Kaziranga with "BANERJEE TOUR SPECIAL" All arrangement was too good.Their food and hotel quality was very nice. We had stayed one night at Dhanshree Resort which was very excellent.Our tour was very amazing.
