★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure of others this is my own experience, I am adding to the rest of the people to be cautioned about this service from Venkatesh ..They attended to my call precisely 3 days ago and it was a minor air blockage so they checked and took 1200 for < 10min job post the next day still the water is not getting through the Drain and is staggered ..Called several times he said he would sent someone and later wouldn't attend the call ..Be aware of these unethical freelancers !

just opened the drainage slab and said need the machine to remove all waste. for that charging 12k. Then i cancelled it. they charged 3k for just opening the slab and checking. Really really sucks. never ever call these guys. If there was 0 star rating I would have given that. utter waste of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service is worst service provider in Bangalore, the worst part is his manager or supervisor he is like Noone in company. In my case I asked him to come for main drainage cleaning and he send one person and that person seems to be drunk full smell was coming from his mouth and he checked drainage system and he told that he can't fix that BBMP need to do that for that he asked to give 3000 and when I called his supervisor like the person who send him he told I can't say anything to him you talk to person and give how much he ask. So for me it was worst experience he didn't resolve the issue yet he took full money and I had to give it as I don't know local language i had to give no other option for me.
So. If you are planning to do something like this please go for reputed company like to whom you can talk nicely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy work carried out by these guys (one guy called himself Venkatesh). we called them as we were fed up with BWSSB, but these were worse. Advise - dont engage them at any cost. they charge more, will do a shabby work which wont meet the end result. and wont even clean up after finishing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most horrible service and damaged the stone covering the chamber.Had agreed for 2k and later after check they asked for 4K..hopeless work..I Gave only 1K. Cheaters should be treated their own way. Happy that I did not yield to them.

They came , looked at the issue, agreed on a price (I had full prior knowledge of the issue as I had looked into it before calling the service), executed quickly and to my satisfaction. Price is OK but could be a little bit more reasonable. I recommend them.
