★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with this clinic. We went to this clinic on 8th Dec as per our appointment and reached 10min late because of parking issue. They have moved our turn to last which took 2 hrs to meet the doctor. Staff does not looks like experienced.
Interesting part we have given blood sample for few test on Friday and said monday i will collect the report. When i went on monday to collect the report, they could not find and searching report here and there. Finally they printed new one. No sure whether it was original report or just a template.
After getting the report, i wanted to meet dr Paramesh but the staff nurses did not allow me to meet saying I need to take appointment. I had big argued on this then finally the nurse showed the reports to Dr Paramesh and said everything is ok..
It was waste of money. After paying 1600/- including test, i did not even meet the doctor to ask my query. Please avoid this clinic if we are not supported by doctor. Finally we return home without meeting the doctor.
They don't understand the value of patients time and money..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonsense service! Even after seeking an appointment and confirming it twice, I missed to get the medical attention that was needed in a time of need.. The answer that I got from reception was that my name was not in the log list..
On enquiry, I was told to dial a particular number to seek an appointment with specific doctor.. If it was so customised why have reception and attend calls and confirm appointments at the behest of doctor?? More so why expect a patient to have a knowledge of this so called system within system and comply to it.. With know knowledge of this, he receives a no show from doctor.. and a loses a paid working day... Pathetic!!
I do not see a customer centricity at all at the reception.. having experienced it once, and with an effort to not to repeat the mistake.. if you ask for the name of the responder on the call who confirms you the appointment, they outrightly deny it.. I understand, may be for the privacy issues, I respect it, however, there is no visibility to the person who seeks the appointment who invests his time with an element of trust in the system and institution.. More so there is no respect for individual's time.. All u need to do is to wait n keep enquiring the staff hoping that someone will call u and get u in to meet the doctor..
May God help the patients..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is going to be long. I'm submitting this review while I'm waiting for my wife who's with the surgeon at Specialist hospital.
Wife took an injection for high fever at BMC. The injection was not administered properly and led to further complications. Now she has to get the administered site cleaned surgically.
I'm definitely not going to this place again. Now I also doubt the credibility of all the departments here.
Do I have the time, patience, and the money to sue such places? No. So this just goes off the record and the hospital continues to function like nothing happened with the same set of unqualified nurses on duty.
If you are being treated here, please question every treatment handled by the nurses, just to be safe. If you plan to visit the place, I'd suggest you consider a different hospital.
