Locations is good. But the ambiance is not that good at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was very well maintained once upon a time. Nowadays it has lost its charm because Bengali film stars do not come here to shoot any more. Nice place to visit if you are invited but not a very nice place if you are the host of the party.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very beautiful and has scenic beauty, being situated at the banks of Ganges and just opposite of Dakshineswar Temple it consists of an old but well maintained Raj Bari which is surrounded by gardens and trees. Idle for reception and parties. But to be very frank the connecting roads are not very well lighted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an extra ordinary place for people who wants to marry in a lavish way.
This place has a huge area,which looks lavish in the night time with lighting and decoration.
Although there are few points which are below average level :
1. The rooms they provides are very big but with only one tubelight (that too not at all bright) in it, people struggles to get ready in it. The type of rent they take for a day it makes no justice with this.
2. Lack of washrooms and cleaning staffs. Again same thing, the type of rent they are taking for a day they can atleast keep an active cleaning staff for the washrooms.
3. Their washrooms needs maintanence even they fails to do it as well. I totally get that they want to go with the vintage theme but toilet fixtures can be fixed at least all i could expect was in a running condition.
