Bani Traders - Delhi

Dear Godrej Team and BANI TRADERS I am writing this email to inform you and give your written notice. I bought new ITEM from Amazon.com - Godrej Security Solutions Matrix3016 ElectronicLock Steel Safe Locker (Black, Metal) | B07S6P4HDR ( Matrix3016-Electronic ) HSN:83030000 While delivering this time we received this item was defective and at that time we informed seller that we are not going to take this product because it was damaged but seller was so polite and humble and convince us that sir no worries it's not a big problem and its transportation problem due to heavy weight its get some bands so i can give you some discount you can keep this product and he offered us 5000 Return. After a few days I was not at home and my family members didn't notice that it was not working means when we lock this it will not lock. We tried to change batteries and tested but its not locking again once its open no lock.. So i called to Godrej Security solution for warranty claim they take my request but once godrej technical team called for visit they asked me invoice i sent then they denied and asked me to pay 25000 for lock change. So i asked why i have to pay you didn't check and tested product and you are asking this they he told me that this is not a real product .I was shocked that asked me from where you bought this product i told them i bought from amazon.com they told that he is not authorized dealer so i asked what do you mean so they told sir anyone can sell fake product we don't give warranty for that and we can't claim so you have to contact banni trader and i called that person he told sir you don't need to claim with Godrej. I will claim your warranty but he told me to first kindly send me the video so that I can see what's the problem. As soon as I sent the video he denied that it was not in warranty and we can't help. How someone can say this without visiting and checking the product. Then I told him either a refund or book company visit but he denied. He abused me and now i am totally frustrated and i will highlight this issue with over social media but before i make aware of such fraud i want to give you kind of information either resolve this issue or else i will go for legal action as well as i will post all the chats of bani traders and godrej security support that. I have attached all the chats with BANI TRADERS if still no action again i will hight this issue at bigger level i will not stop this because the money paid for quality of product and quality for service so is that service of Godrej security solution as well as BANI TRADERS. We bought this product because the seller mentioned that he is an authorized seller and also mentioned this cloudtail certificate along with the product. Now he removed this certificate but luckily we have a full page screenshot for proof. I would request cloudtail to take strike again with such fake and fraud resellers. We have all the sufficient proof to expose such a fake dealer.
