β β β β β subject - Billing staff always misbehaves with senior citizens and the behaviour of billing staff is degrading the name of baniya ki dukan.
itβs Looks like illiterate staff have been placed on billing counter by baniya ki dukan.
If it is some kind of management strategy, I am dam sure the negative message is going in customers.
Mouth to mouth marketing is most important for every business.
It is the responsibility of management to take feedback of customers time to time . It will help to grow there business.

Worst quality by So called stamped BKD
AS I PURCHASED WHOLE black urad
And as i kept it soaked over night and then in the morning i saw it has released its black colourβ¦and turned green like whole moong and some grains are like of artificial green coatedβ¦
I have already posted the image as well..
And tried to contact this outlet , they are not responding and disconnecting callsβ¦

But one day when i shopped the items that i want to paid the bill and come back to home
I found out
That a livon serum whose mrp was 60
In the bill it was charged as 64 rs
It's not just about 4rs extra that are charged
It just the trust that you broke
