★ ★ ★ ★ ★ बँक ऑफ महाराष्ट्र ही Pensioners अर्थात निवृत्त लोकांची बँक म्हणून ओळखली जाते.पद्मावती शाखेपेक्षा धनकवडी शाखेचा विस्तार मोठा आहे,त्यामुळे धनकवडी शाखेत व्यवहार करणे सोपे जाते,पद्मावती शाखेत सगळे वयस्कर?? लोक काम करतात,आणि धनकवडी शाखेत तरुण(?) स्टाफ आहे,जुनी बँक असल्यामुळे ऑनलाइन सेवा कमी आहेत BOM मध्ये,पण सुधारणा होत आहेत हळूहळू.
धनकवडी शाखेतच खाते उघडावे अशी माझी इच्छा आहे, पार्किंगला जागा उपलब्ध करून दिली तर सोन्याहून पिवळे होईल,

 Bank of Maharashtra is known as the bank of pensioners. The expansion of Dhankawadi branch is bigger than Padmavati branch, so it is easier to do business in Dhankawadi branch, all older people work in Padmavati branch and Dhankawadi branch has young (?) staff, old Online services are less in BOM since the bank, but improvements are being made gradually.
I want to open an account at Dhankawadi branch only. If parking space is made available, it will turn yellower than gold.

No transperancy in between bank and customer....
And bad service too....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank I have ever entered. No service at all. At the max, 2 counters out of 3 are open at a time. They simply dont have officers and put a card board writing "Banda" on it at the windows. The security guard, instead of standing at the door, keeps strolling inside and chatting with customers and employees. The place was once air conditioned, but now is suffocated. The passbook printing machine never seems to be working, and you have to stand in another line and waste your time. I havent printed my passbook for more than 6 months. The officers too are arrogant. I had to return without getting demand draft, just because no staff was available for making it. Instead they suggested me to go to another branch. They close the bank at 3pm, even thought the working hours are till 4pm. The space also is ill managed and one cannot understand from where a line stands and ends.
