Atm not given even after 54 days of opening account. No value to customer. Dangerous practices of making people crowded in queue in the middle of covid times. That too, through a very narrow window may be operated by an outsourced employee. No proper parking and entry into bank. Is 4 pm the closing time for bank works ?
Employees don't give much regard to customers.
Single queue for most transactions is crowded most of the time with people for government beneficial schemes. Average waiting time in mornings is 40-45 mins (10-1pm).
