★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees don't want to do thier job. They'll say come later. Nobody will receive you. You have to ask someone where to do this and that. They keep busy in thier piled up work and ignore your queries. They won't print your passbook because they will have to get up from thier chair and go outside to the printing machine. When I visited none of the three machines was working.
