★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is the only bank i have seen which takes 10-15 mins for all operations like withdrawing, crediting, enquiring, etc.
but if you want to print your passbook it will take 45mins to 1hour. due to long queue and slow printing machine. the passbook printing machine needs repairing..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional , no staff was bothered to reply the query keeping in mind that the bank was busy and crowded, no concerned staff was willing to hear the query. I stood there for 25 mins asking from one table to other (counter) my questions were ignored also were not considered by the lady staff she just neglected me. Very upset with bank of Baroda

Staff is cooperative.
Bad part is it is congested one.
Worst part is elderly, aged people's and women have to stand in que on road for passbook update by machine ( which is out of service most of the time ).
No changes been done for passbook update facility since many years though there is always crowd.
