दोपहर 2.30 पर में बैंक पहुंचा तो देखा एक 25-30 महिलाओं व पुरुषों की लंबी लाइन लगी हुई थी
में पूछ कर लाइन में खड़ा हो गया, लगभग एक घंटे तक में लाइन में रहा, इतना कष्टप्रद था वो एक घंटा, कि कुछ लिखने का मन हो गया।(आवश्यक हो गया)
1. बैंक में एसी चालू नहीं थे।
2. फ्रेश एयर फेन नहीं थे।
3. सीलिंग फेन नहीं थे।
4. पीने के पानी की व्यवस्था नहीं थी।
5. पूरी बैंक में उसी काउंटर पर सभी काम हो रहे थे, अतः कितना भी छोटा सा काम हो, ग्राहक को एक घंटे की
लाइन बर्दाश्त करनी पड़ेगी।
6. टोकन व्यवस्था न होने के कारण, लाइन में इतनी गर्मी,
व घुटन भरे माहोल में एक डेढ़ घंटा खड़ा होना मजबूरी थी
7. बैंक से निकल कर मैने सबसे पहले विजया बैंक का चेक देने
वाले व्यापारी को फोन कर के कहा कि आइंदा मुझे इस बैंक
का चेक भुगतान में न दें, में माल नहीं दे पाऊंगा।
8. कुल मिला कर मेरा अनुभव बहुत ही ख़राब व सिस्टम घटिया
होने के कारण दुःख दाई रहा
