Specially Ghatlodia branch staff and system???
If staff not educated and aware that technology so what kind of help to account holder ?
They waste my time 2hours and rudely interrupted
BOB waste the money in their staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Rude behavior by the Ghatlodia Branch Manager Mrs. PRITI. She don't have the sense how to talk with customer and how to respond on application. I can not understand how the bank appointed this kind of useless person as Branch Manager????? Bank had given special training to her HOW TO INSULT A CUSTOMER. This special course conduct only by Bank of Baroda.
