★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Often Crowded. Long wait in queue is seen during visits. No proper response from employees regarding services regardless of dissatisfaction from customers.
Needs lot of improvement in terms of automating many of the services.
Also need to create more ATM points.

I actually gone for one wrong imps transfer issue... I met Mr. Karthik.. He resolved the issue within 1 hour and I got my money back immediately.. But if it's in other bank they will accept the letter and take 15 days for reversal.
It's really good experience..
Thank you karthik. I hope with this better you will become a manager in that branch...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic bank and hopeless employees Avoid the branch, don't have basic decency to speak to customers even after submitting the Life certificate of my mother in a month they keep asking to submit again in a branch and during COVID situations to take elders for their irresponsible mistakes, please avoid this branch/Bank of baroda bank itself.
the lady who calls to submit the life certificate is such a shame for the Bank/organization and the way she speaks out is horrible/use less.
This bank wont even deserve a single star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No quick responses, place is crowded. Social distance is not taken care. Cashier behavior was rude. Place is very narrow and there is no space for car parking also. Manager was good and took personal interest in sorting out accout issue
