Bank of Baroda offers the Senior Citizens Saving Scheme(SCSS Scheme) account to individuals above the age of 60 years or 55 years for those who have retired on superannuation or under a voluntary or special voluntary scheme or 50 years for the retired personnel of defence services (excluding civil defence employees). Depositors are allowed to open multiple account under this scheme with combined maximum limit of Rs. 15 lakhs in all accounts. The SCSS account is a robust and safe account designed especially for seniors to earn long term savings in their old age.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff at Bank of Baroda Sector 9 Rohini has humiliating and uncooperative attitude. They believe in working slow to irritate the customers. They behave as Dictator and hardly any respect for any customer including senior citizens. We are afraid whether they respect their Manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank employs bunch of people who are willing to rest for their whole lives on bank's salary against rejecting customer requests and ignoraning feedbacks or any criticism, typical sarkari bank , even government institutions are pacing up their workflow but government banks are likely working in reverse course of growing and easement of services.
Also if you have very much of free time and want to go to multiple atm's and branches for one transaction.,please do come at this bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst bank I have ever seen staff was not learning and solving the problem and I m using atm and deposit machine from 2010 it’s always out of order one in atm room water floting on the floor there is no one take care of it when we complained they say we will but they don’t.
