★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This mail is in regard to the incident happened between myself and the bank manager Mr. Dilip Singh Thakur of Bank of Baroda branch(Vidisha).
I would like to express my regret for the actions I committed in the heat of that moment.
On the other side, being a loyal customer I would also like to express my severe disappointment due to unprofessionalism of this leader bank in the banking sector.
I therefore condemn the actions of Mr.Dilip singh Thakur, Manager of the concerned Vidisha Branch for this highly disrespectful behaviour and also expect the higher authorities of this bank to take necessary enquiries/actions against the concerned individual as it felt really awful and disheartening to me.
