★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In their website Timings not shown. If you call on published contact number 232 25103 you get a feedback that dialled number doesn't exist. Staff not conversant with job and not customer oriented. Such a pathetic branch in capital of Gujarat, wonder what would be the situation elsewhere?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In other Nationalised bank, we can generate IT Form 15H & Form 16 through internet banking. But in your digitalise systems we can't do it. Also please note that, Sr Citizens & Physical desable person's can't visit frequently to your branch office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend this bank at all, some of the staff members doesn’t even know their job well. They just sit in their chair and consider themselves a boss of the bank and treat customers like trash. some guy named ashok was so rude and gave me time to come at certain time the next day and on next day my request was still pending and i was told so rudely to wait another whole hour... I mean go for other good banks like SBI, HDFC or ICICI. This bank will soon going to be off the trail if their customer service does not improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually it is not a Nationalize bank. It is a small firm (Pedhi) having some mentally block minded people, they don't even know what is the customer. They don't know how to behave with customers. They treat thier customers like donkeys. For just a small work like for updating of pass book, you have to visit 4-5 times as always their pass book printing machine having breakdown issue intentionally in knowledge of Branch Head too. Don't open account in this bank even by mistake. Nobody cares of customers in this bank.
