no responsible person is there.
given change of mobile number application 2 weeks ago. that lady said MAXIMUM two working days. its been two weeks now. Telephones are only for internal gossips I guess. (not for customers)
no any revert on email as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, if it was possible to give ratings less than 1 star, I would have happily given that to this bank and particularly for this branch for sure. The bank itself is so outdated process flow. Still working on the such an old UI for mobile banking and internet banking. You have to write an application or fill forms physically for almost each and every service request, still living in 90s?. Website itself looks like it was built 10-15 years ago and haven’t been updated since. Highly disappointed with this bank and Uruli Kanchan branch. Would not recommend it to anyone.
And why people are so obsessed with printing the passbooks is beyond me. It’s high time for government banks to move on from physical banking and learn some things from private banks.
