1. To thoroughly harass customers,
2. To find excuses to not work.
Pathetic experience.

Worst services, Lack of knowledge, and Employees does not have basic etiquettes to handle the clients.

Pros:
Located in Nehru Place
Cons:
1. Worst customer experience, no help and assistance will be provided from staff members. When you ask for help then, they will give you foolish replies or behave aggressively else ignore.
2. New rule, cannot talk on phone inside the bank even if you are taking assistance from outside or any on any emergency call. So whenever you have to pick up a call you have to go outside and then again join the long queue to enter in the bank premises.
3. Infrastructure is a serious issue, can only accommodate 10-12 users excluding staff, so due to covid guidelines get ready for standing outside in long queue
I will strongly recommend every new comer to go somewhere else, these staff members will treat you like a beggars. After attending this branch I am in love with my old SBI branch as they at least give you some genuine replies. Want to rate it in negative but can't do so.
