I went to open an account and was harassed and ignored.
This white hair woman with marathi speaking attitude is next to impossible and non courteous.

1) If you deposit cash in the morning it gets credited in the evening
2) Their staff will pretend to work but aren't doing anything and will just make you wait unnecessarily
3) Their online banking aka star token is a joke(you can read the reviews online)
4) Horrible service(I can't exclaim this enough) they will make you run from one counter to the other for no apparent reason
I really wish google had an option of rating something below 1 star ...
This kind of service I pathetic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very negative experience as I was denied for an NEFT after I wasted my cheque as the person in charge told me that I have an account in other branch, so, I have to go that branch to do an NEFT. The same person told me that for acknowledging for internet transaction, I have to go to my original branch account. How convenient is that you have to transfer your original account to the place where you can do more conveniently?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst possible people to bank with is Bank of India. Everytime its the same thing, nobody at the counters and even if they are, they are the most uncouth and untrained staff. Cant even talk properly. Please dont even think of banking with Bank of India Ramdas Nayak branch

Anything u need to get done make sure u remove half a day for them to waste since they are too slow and obviously government employees so they think they own the place will make u wait for hours for everything infact even just to deposit cash or update your pass book u will have to wait minimum 2 hours! And then they say ache din aa gaye! Either the bank manager needs to take actiom against the employes or else the government need to do somthing about the people working here so they atleast start working instead of getting paid for nothing! But anyway its a government office what can u expect right!
