β β β β β The worst services I have ever seen....All the time there will be network issue... neither the staffs behaviour is good nor they have tendency to do work....But a young man appointed as manager is really very hard working and doing good job.

β β β β β Most of the reviews are correct. The ones with high rating may not have been here often. Getting a cheque passed is the most tedious. The lady feels herself like princess doing nonsense, getting tickeled by make staff but not passing the cheque.

β β β β β Just okay service is provided by the bank employees. This bank is situated beside the main road by which it can be easily noticeable. The behaviour of the working staff towards the customer is not good. Sometime they use very abusive language for the customers. I feel pardon to say this but I have this experience.

β β β β β Most pathetic service I had ever experienced. They don't even share the proper way or information to the customers. New bank manager guy is completely dumb.
Infact they dnt treat us like customers and seems that we are begging from them.
Note: Don't ever complain to higher authority because they take it very personally and you will make your case worse.
They don't belive in customer satisfaction and don't care for banks reputation.

β β β β β First time visited for cheque deposit in my account. But after first bounce they should return or inform to me to collect cheque. But they again send my cheque for clearing without my permission and again cheque bounced. Bloody blind employees. Bank should be privatisation. Because old age employee should take retirement. Otherwise the customer always suffer like this mistake by bank employee. Just seating in branch on duty time and always talking with colleagues during work time.
