β β β β β Unprofessional staff. The staff seems not trained, they dont treat customer in the way it should be. Branch Manager is cooperative though.
During the demonetization period, one of the tellers refused me to issue cash though I produced deposit slip along with passbook. He was insisting for cheque only.
